"First order went smoother than expected"
I ordered from medexsupply.com for the first time and, i was a little hesitant at first. I usually compare a few sites before buying, especially for medical supplies, and this one seemed more straightforward than some of the others I checked.
The prices were easy to understand, the site looked reliable, and I got order updates without having to chase anything down. My package arrived when expected, and everything in the box was exactly what I ordered.
I also reached out to customer service with a quick question, and they got back to me fast. Compared to a few places where I’ve waited days for a reply, that was a nice surprise. I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again

"Backorder took a bit, but they handled it okay"
I ordered a few medical supplies, and overall it was fine, but one of the items ended up being on backorder. I didn’t realize that at first, either because I missed it or because it just wasn’t super obvious during checkout, so after a little while I started wondering why the order hadn’t moved along and ended up emailing them to ask what was going on.
They got back to me quickly and explained that the one item was delayed, which made sense once they told me. They also gave me the option to either wait until everything was ready or have the available items shipped first, which I appreciated because at least I wasn’t stuck guessing. I decided to just wait so I could get everything in one shipment, and it all arrived together about a week later.
It wasn’t a perfect experience, mainly because I do think the backorder status should have been clearer before or during checkout, especially since medical supplies aren’t always things you casually order with no timeline in mind. But once I reached out, they were responsive and handled it in a reasonable way, so I’d probably order from them again...

"Billing was off"
The order itself was fine. No issues there. But the billing? Not so much. I was charged more than what I saw at checkout, so I had to email them and wait for it to get fixed. Took a few days. Annoying, honestly. Not the best first order.

"Pretty smooth order experience"
I got my order without any issues, and the tracking updates were easy to follow, which I always appreciate because I tend to check that stuff more than I probably need to. There was one point where it seemed like the package just sat there for a bit longer than expected, and I was kind of wondering what was going on, but it wasn’t a big deal in the end. Everything showed up fine, so yeah, I’d order again if I needed supplies.

My order got here on time, so that part was fine, but the box was crushed on one side and looked kind of dirty. Luckily everything inside was okay, but it definitely didn’t seem packed as well as it should’ve been. Not the worst experience, but whoever runs this really needs to do better with the delivery condition.

I had to send in some paperwork for my order, and overall it went smoothly. They did ask me to resend one form because it wasn’t clear enough, so that slowed things down a little. Reading between the lines, it seemed like they were just being careful rather than trying to make it difficult. Once I sent it again, they updated the order quickly. Not flawless, but the paperwork side was handled decent enough.

I was uncomfortable during checkout because the payment security details weren’t clear at all. It made the whole process feel sketchy, and I almost backed out before placing my order. For something as important as payment info, I expected a lot more reassurance, and I’d appreciate some kind of compensation for the stress and inconvenience.

I was comparing a few sites for wound care supplies, and Medex Supply ended up being cheaper for the same items. The shipping cost wasn’t bad either, which made a difference.
The order arrived fine and I didn’t feel like I overpaid, so I’m happy with the prices overall. I did feel a bit dismissed when I had a question, like they were trying to move past it quickly, but I’d probably still check them first next time

I ordered a bunch of stuff for our office, and overall it worked out okay. I don’t remember every detail at this point, but I do remember support eventually helping when I needed it. The replies were a little slower than I would’ve liked, and I had to check in twice about one item that was backordered. Pricing seemed reasonable, and most of the order showed up as expected. Not a bad experience, I just wish the communication had been a bit smoother...

"Surprisingly Easy to Find What I Needed"
I used the search bar and actually found the medical supplies quickly, which was a nice change from having to dig through a million random pages like on some sites. The categories were clear too, so I wasn’t stuck clicking around forever trying to guess where things were hidden. "Refund was quick, but I felt a bit misled"
I ended up having to cancel an order from medexsupply.com, and I felt a little misled at first because I expected the refund process to be a hassle or take way longer than it did. To my surprise, the money showed back up in my account within just a few days. Customer service did explain what to expect, and it actually happened the way they said it would. So even though I wasn’t thrilled with the situation, the refund itself was painless.
